  • Central focus on core and pelvic floor rehabilitation

  • Glute, hip and posture rehab

  • Teaching mobility and stretching techniques with a heavy focus on hip flexors, hips, upper back

  • Building up endurance through walking

  • Strengthening via body weight, bands, single leg movements

  • Diaphragmatic breathing exercises

You’ll be supported by your coach through weekly check-ins, programming that is specific to your postpartum symptoms and needs, and nutrition counseling designed to help you feel and perform your best.
