Central focus on core and pelvic floor rehabilitation
Glute, hip and posture rehab
Teaching mobility and stretching techniques with a heavy focus on hip flexors, hips, upper back
Building up endurance through walking
Strengthening via body weight, bands, single leg movements
Diaphragmatic breathing exercises
You’ll be supported by your coach through weekly check-ins, programming that is specific to your postpartum symptoms and needs, and nutrition counseling designed to help you feel and perform your best.
