If you need a total makeover on your body and mind, then this is the plan for you! Whether you are a newbie to fitness or you use to be “fit & fabulous” but somehow it got lost along the way, this program is your answer! You begin with a private coaching call to develop the framework for your program. The focus is on learning & applying new behaviors around your diet and lifestyle habits to create change. Your coach will be by you every step of the way with guidance and encouragement throughout the process. You will have access to your coach for any questions, support, or tips you may need. This is a three month commitment paid in full.

Expectations:

  • Get paired up with a Joy Lab coach based on your specific goals for 1-1 support & accountability

  • Personal training program- choose your exercise plan based on your specific goals & fitness level (2 optional tracks) (at home or gym access w/ consideration to skill level)

  • Nutrition and lifestyle guidance- sustainably build healthy habits that work with your personality and pace/schedule

  • Monthly coaching call- at the end of each month you and your coach will discuss sticking-points & receive feedback to ensure you are always improving

  • Private account built out in the TrueCoach app to access your daily workouts & communicate with your coach for questions and support

  • Weekly workout & food log review.

  • Science-backed education and guidance around proper nutrition, including balanced meal ideas w/ a rotating menu, recipes, and grocery lists (can calculate macros/calorie intake for your specific goals and body composition upon request)

  • Metric Tracking- monthly body weight, circumference measurements, body fat %, and Skeletal Muscle Mass (SMM) check ins
